For Father's Day, Mom and I took Dad to the Cricket Cafe for a Truck Driver Burrito and two iced americanos. I gave Dad an Amazon gift certificate, which he used to get The Completely MAD Don Martin, the complete set of MAD art by an artist/writer who Dad said greatly influenced his outlook on life.
We then got all sick, and I missed daycare today. (Dad says I am the hippest kid in daycare because I listen to Fleet Foxes and My Morning Jacket with him when he takes me for rides.) Mom is really sick, and we all feel very bad for her. Anyway, Happy Father's Day, Dad!
